Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery

We currently ship within Canada only, via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Nova Scotia & Atlantic Canada: 2–4 business days
• Central & Western Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Park Lane Mall location in Halifax, NS. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it on the Canada Post website.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
